Our Business Development Training Cycle: -

The first thing we will do is provide your company with a professional no obligation training needs analysis. By analysing your business's training needs and the training needs of its employees, we can build a professional report outlining the skills weaknesses within your organisation and where training should be improved to help increase the efficiency and productivity of your company.

At this point you can decided to progress to the next stage or simply step away. If you decide to continue we will work with you to create a training plan. The training plan will contain sub plans to help your business improve it's staff training e.g. sub plan for IT training could be "Word Processing & Mail Merge" with a touch of database inputting.

Once the plan has been agreed we will create customised bespoke courses for each skill weakness within the organisation, ready for the training sessions.

We will now, and only now deliver the training to your employees either remotely through eLearning or focused based  through workshops and/or taught classes. The most appropriate method will be chosen for your business through discussion with yourselves.

We will then continue to evaluate and improve the course ready for your next training need.
